R. Washington Clues in Crowd on Building's Amenities - James R. Washington,
Jr. speaks to a captive audience at the groundbreaking ceremony for the
new Schaumburg Elementary School, formerly
9440 Springwood Drive in New Orleans East. Washington assured the crowd
that the school was designed for durability and longevity. Schaumburg
Elementary School is a 42-classroom, 66,969 square-foot facility that
includes a cafetorium and features a basketball court for recreation. |
