OVERVIEW
Extensive experience in project management makes James R. Washington Jr. a highly respected architectural professional with more than 33 years of experience to his credit. His management style has resulted in the firm’s proven ability to successfully complete a variety of State, educational and institutional projects as scheduled and within budget.
Mr. Washington has served as principal-in-charge for the additions and alterations to the Fisher Hall and Lee Hall Science Complex at Southern University – Baton Rouge. Additionally, he managed the re-design and construction administration of the A.C. Blanks Special Education Building at Southern University – Baton Rouge and was managing the design of the College of Business and School of Social Work Building at Southern University – New Orleans. The project was suspended due to Hurricane Katrina.
